Terms of Service
Last updated 25 September 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Levra. Please read them before you use the app. By creating an account or using Levra, you agree to them.
Who we are
“Levra”, “we” and “us” mean [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. Levra provides a mobile and web application (the “Service”) that lets you view markets and place orders on Hyperliquid, an independent third-party trading venue, and practise the same workflow with simulated funds.
Levra is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Hyperliquid. Hyperliquid and its markets are governed by their own rules, which we do not control.
Eligibility
To use Levra you must:
- be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher;
- have the legal capacity to enter a binding contract;
- not be located in, resident of, or a national of a jurisdiction where using Levra or trading these products is prohibited, and not be the subject of applicable sanctions;
- use the Service only for yourself, not on behalf of anyone else.
We may restrict or block access from any region, and we may ask you to confirm where you are. You are responsible for checking that your use is lawful where you live.
Your account
You sign in through our identity provider using Google, Apple or email. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in methods and devices secure and for everything done through your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access. One person may hold one account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Paper trading
Paper trading is a simulation. It uses real market prices and the real order book to estimate fills, fees and funding, but the money is not real, no order reaches Hyperliquid, and nothing you earn or lose has any monetary value. Simulated results are not a guarantee or prediction of real results: real markets can fill at different prices, with different timing and with less liquidity than a simulation assumes.
You can reset or close a paper account. Competition accounts, such as those in Genesis, are the exception: they follow the competition's own rules and cannot be reset.
Real trading
Real trading is only available when we have enabled it for your account and you have accepted the additional acknowledgements shown in the app. When it is on:
- Each account has its own embedded wallet. Levra does not custody your funds. Orders are signed and sent to Hyperliquid, where your positions and balances actually live.
- Orders are instructions, not guarantees. An order can be rejected, partially filled, filled at a worse price than expected, or not filled at all. A successful response from the venue is not proof an order was filled; the venue's own records are the source of truth, and if they disagree with what the app shows, the venue's records win.
- Market orders carry a slippage limit that we apply for your protection. It reduces but does not remove price risk.
- Leveraged positions can be liquidated automatically by the venue. Liquidation prices shown in the app are estimates.
Read the Risk Disclosure before trading real funds. It forms part of these terms.
Fees
Fees that apply to an order are shown before you confirm it. Levra may charge its own fee on real trades, which can be lower if you were referred with a valid referral code. Hyperliquid charges its own trading, funding and network fees separately, and blockchain transactions may carry network costs. We may change our fees on notice; a change will not apply to an order you have already confirmed.
Your wallet and keys
Your embedded wallet is yours. You can export its private key, and once you do, anyone who has the key controls the wallet. We cannot recover a lost key or reverse a transaction. Never share your key or recovery details; Levra staff will never ask for them.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law or use the Service for money laundering, fraud or sanctions evasion;
- manipulate markets or competitions, including by running multiple accounts, colluding, or exploiting bugs;
- probe, scrape, overload, reverse engineer or attack the Service, or bypass its limits or security;
- use bots or automation against the Service except through interfaces we provide;
- upload harmful code or content, or impersonate anyone.
If we find a bug that credits you funds, points or a competition ranking you were not entitled to, we may correct it, including reversing simulated results.
Competitions and prizes
Competitions such as Genesis are paper-trading events with their own rules, eligibility conditions and prize structure, published where the competition is described. We decide rankings using our own records, which are final. We may disqualify participants who break these terms or the competition rules, and may change, postpone or cancel a competition. Prizes may be subject to identity checks and to tax, which is your responsibility.
No advice
Nothing in the Service is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell anything. Market data, charts, estimates and any commentary are for information only. You make your own decisions and should get independent advice if you are unsure.
Third-party services and market data
The Service depends on third parties, including Hyperliquid, our sign-in and wallet provider, and infrastructure providers. They can be slow, wrong or unavailable, and we are not responsible for them. Prices and data can be delayed or inaccurate.
Availability
We work to keep Levra running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. It may be down for maintenance, outages or reasons outside our control, including at times when markets are moving fast. You should not rely on the app alone to manage risk you cannot afford.
Our intellectual property
Levra and its software, design, name and logos belong to us or our licensors. We give you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Service as intended. You keep ownership of anything you submit, and give us a licence to use it to run and improve the Service.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Levra and its owners, staff and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, trading losses, lost data or loss of opportunity, however caused, including losses from market movement, liquidation, slippage, venue or third-party failure, or unauthorised access caused by your own credentials. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and [AMOUNT].
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Indemnity
You agree to cover losses and reasonable costs we suffer from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of law or of someone else's rights.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using Levra and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have broken these terms, we are required to by law or a venue, or continuing would put us or others at risk. Closing an account does not close positions you hold on Hyperliquid; you are responsible for managing or closing them. Sections that by their nature should survive will do so.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Levra after that means you accept the new terms.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law in your country of residence gives you rights that cannot be limited. Please contact us first at [SUPPORT EMAIL] so we can try to resolve any complaint informally.
General
These terms, with the Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosure, are the whole agreement between you and us on the Service. If part is unenforceable the rest stays in force. Failing to enforce a term is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights; we may transfer ours as part of a business sale or reorganisation.
